8/15/2007 - A C-17A Globemaster III performs a semi-prepared runway operations test at Fort McCoy, Wis., on June 22. The 418th Flight Test Squadron from Edwards performed the testing from June 15 to Aug. 1. The Wisconsin sortie was the third phase of the testing. The C-17 is scheduled to go to Fort Chaffee, Ark., for the fourth phase, which is scheduled to be completed by November.
